How do I know which bamboo is right for me?

What's the difference between running and clumping bamboo?
Running bamboo spreads via underground rhizomes and needs containment. Clumping bamboo grows in tight clumps and stays where you plant it. Bob can help you decide which is right for your project.
How are plants shipped?
Plants are carefully packaged by our growers and shipped via ground delivery. Local orders may qualify for same-day delivery. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with the grower to make it right—either a replacement or full refund.
Can I return a plant?
Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's an issue with your plant, we'll work to resolve it.
